As of today, 1/31, I have opened recruitment with the goal of obtaining some back up applicants to call on should I find myself in need of some bodies. With Hard mode ICC coming in little over a week I'm sure there will be some issues that arise leaving us in a position where we need to find replacements for certain individuals be it due to IRL interference or the more likely scenario of having players unable to adapt to the "stresses" of hard mode encounters.
