Burning Sensations is RECRUITING!

Well Kinda...
As of today I have opened recruitment with the goal of obtaining some back up applicants to call on should I find myself in need of some bodies. With Hard mode ICC coming in little over a week I'm sure there will be some issues that arise leaving us in a position where we need to find replacements for certain individuals be it due to IRL interference or the more likely scenario of having players unable to adapt to the "stresses" of hard mode encounters. If you are interested in this you may contact me in game with questions or proceed to this post which will most likely answer any questions you may have.

Nothing like going into a fight and thinking there is just something we are doing wrong until we come across not one, not two, but three realizations each more encounter cheesing then the last. The last time we came to such a grand epiphany was back during Kael'thas when we went from constant wiping to p2-3 to killing him within the hour the feeling it gives is both horribly embarrassing and uplifting at the same time. So since these fights aren't lasting long enough to give me anything to make sarcastic jabs about any unnamed raider I'll simply have to close with a simple job well done team.

Pepto Bismol Be Damned!

At first I was upset due to the fact this fight was believed to be bugged and considering some guilds were able to spawn up to 10 abominations I guess it was bugged, but to find out this fight was actually difficult enough to cause an untold number of threads to be created complaining about it was just amazing. At last a boss in wrath with such a steep learning curve that in the first week a vast majority of guilds were unable to clear it. Wrath has finally lit a bit of that old fire that was felt back in TBC and with any luck the rest of this instance will follow this trend. Despite a few flaws we were still able to push through and get the kill so job well done to everyone.

That being said afterwards we decided to go back to totgc and kill anub again for the first time in almost two months... talk about ridiculous. The fight is so easy after 3.3 that it’s just simply laughable not just due to the presence of 264 gear but just the small changes that make it so much easier it’s just hilarious. If you haven’t gotten your Insanity achievements yet now is certainly the time get in there and get that shit before it gets a direct nerf instead of a multitude of indirect nerfs.

I've always been a believer in there is a time for serious faces and a time for fun. The serious face comes before a kill and the fun after sometimes we tend to confuse the two, but sometimes it appears to work out so maybe I'm the one in the wrong here.
With that being said I'm not sure how much out of guild traffic we get here but for any outside raid leaders or officers who frequent this page for some reason or another take a tip from me here. People always respond to threats against them getting their gear. This is a universal fact and will always get the job done so feel free to use this tool as often as you can and I assure you your raiders will never turn against you and you will revel in continued success.

P.S. Moonslide actually survived the entirety of an anub kill for the first time ever congragulations to him from us all here in BS.

One thing I never understood about pug totc runs are the people who would die to spikes then use the excuse, "I've never done this before." I mean not hitting the ice is one thing but the people who just stand there and get killed is what really confuses me. Since when is it a good idea to just stand like a deer in headlights when big letters in the middle of your screen say, "Anub'arak is Pursuing YOU!" and you see huge spikes violently erupting from the ground heading straight towards you? Personally my first thought would be to fuckn' haul ass while screaming, "WHAT DO I DO WHAT DO I DO?!?" but these people must have self-detrimental characteristics to just stand there like that.
The sad state of Korgath Pug runs aside we finally killed a boss that should have, and quite literally would have, been dead long long ago. Unfortunately it turns out that spending 1 maybe 2 nights a week on progression content and then sitting in if the rest of the raid nights thumb twiddling our way to a kill is not the ideal manner in which to down new content. So with that lesson firmly tucked under our belts I'll take this opportunity to say that BS is currently recruiting for ICC. The classes I would like to get my hands on the most include:
1 Rogue
1 Resto Shaman
1 Resto Druid
and of course as per usual all exceptional apps are welcome and encouraged.

Also for those of you complaining about image size well unfortunately our site doesn't support image resizing but it does support you tube embedding apparently so enjoy your rediculously huge screenshot because IJDGAF!
